Very extensive theoretical knowledge, but above all the continuous practice of applying the methods and tools of lean management in the daily work of each department of our Factory, allowed us, once again, to organize a workshop training Lean Management Advanced.

In cooperation with the Employers of Pomerania and Kuyavia, the Association of which we have been a member since September this year, we conducted an open training, during which our Trainers provided the Listeners with a portion of solid knowledge and conducted inspiring workshop activities.
