As part of a 3, 6 or 12-month subscription, we offer improvement management support for your enterprise, including:
♥ auditing the Kaizen/Lean maturity of the enterprise,
♥ conducting computer simulations of existing lines,
♥ reviewing Lean/5S/improvements: periodically or as needed,
♥ training (Lean, ISO, internal audits),
♥ verification of improvement ideas,
♥ support in the design of new lines.
