The people showing us around the plant were very involved in showing as well as telling us how the production process works. There is a great deal of visualization for employees at the plant. You can see a lot of employee involvement in implementing solutions to improve the production process. Very strong involvement of the production engineering department, super solution. The program for implementing various changes on the line so-called simulations very well discussed. You can see that it works in the plant and it works.

Personally, I am delighted with the organization of work in your company, experience and professionalism. Mr. Marcin and Mr. Sylwester showed great knowledge not only in the area of lean management. I hope that this was not the first visit to Sohbi, I am counting on further joint projects.
